The story

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. One of the most expensive places on the French Riviera. Now, and back in 1893 when Renoir painted it during the Belle Époque. Today it is known as the Billionaire Peninsula. Then, it was a playground for emperors, queens, and kings. Sisi was there, Franz Joseph was there, Belgium's King Leopold would build a palace there. And if you visit the French Riviera between Nice and Monaco, you will go there.
