Sunday afternoon walk for Monet's family. Camille, Jean, and someone else wandering in the meadow. But who is the someone else? Could be Renoir. Could be Manet. They were frequent visitors in Argenteuil. Caillebotte too was a regular guest, but he was much taller than this. Or it could be Monet himself. A Monet with an umbrella, telling the painter to hurry up and finish so they could all enjoy the walk.
