Poppy Fields near Argenteuil

Impressionism

The story

Top of the hill. Camille and Jean, starting the walk down.

Then Jean runs ahead. Grabs a fistful of poppies. Keeps running. Straight toward dad, waiting at the bottom with his whole studio instead of a phone.

He's waving flowers in one hand, shouting something, probably "LOOK WHAT I GOT." Camille is still up there; she's done chasing him.

And Monet takes it all. Every second of it.

He'll figure out later if the pictures are good.

Except it's Monet. So they're good.
