You usually don't have enough time to get it with your phone. Pissarro caught it on canvas. Even by impressionist standards, this is a rare mastery. Check for yourself, you won't find many rainbows among impressionist paintings. Simply too short to sketch. Truth is Pissarro got extraordinary lucky with this one. He'd been working on the landscape for a while when nature offered him the gift. He couldn't let it pass.
