Caillebotte was a Paris guy. Rain-soaked streets, rooftops, the city. Then he moved to Colombes. Got a garden. Started growing things. And painted this. Same guy who painted one of the most urban paintings in art history just... stopped. Traded the boulevard for an orchard. There's something about that moment when you're done with the noise and you just want to watch something bloom. Maybe you get it. Maybe you've felt it too.
