The story

This evening, Vincent decided to paint the landscape around the Château d'Auvers, ten minutes on foot from the Auberge Ravoux, where he was staying. He'd spotted the spot a few days earlier and filed it away for later. By now he had a routine down. Paint outside in the morning. Lunch at the inn. Stay in for a while. Head back out around 4pm. Dinner waiting for him when he got back, 9 or 10 at night. A month later, all of it fell apart.
